Payment & Benefit Expectations:

In compliance with the International Nanny Association, we encourage families to follow the following payment guidelines and encourage healthcare benefits:

 
  • Implement a discretionary annual raise of 3-10%, based on merit and cost of living adjustment

  • Offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO), which encompasses both sick and vacation days. Just Like Family suggests two weeks paid vacation.

  • Paid minimum federal holidays

  • The appropriate salary adjustment for a new baby is $1-3 per hour or 10-20% of the nanny’s earnings.

  • Any additional days off designated by the family are fully paid.
