Let’s get started with the basics! Share your experience, availability, salary expectations, certifications and training. We’ll use these details for validation and matching purposes.

After we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll request credentials (i.e. resume, letters of recommendation, references, training certificates, etc.). When the time comes, we’ll share these documents with potential families to help them learn about you. 

We believe successful pairings are based on more than general compatibility, we want to learn about you and serve as a resource throughout the process. During our interview, we’ll discuss your experience, qualities you look for in a family, communication style and values.

At this point, we will contact 2-4 of your references via phone call and conduct a background check (at no cost to the nanny). We believe hearing live from the parents you have worked with in the past and asking in-depth questions is the most crucial part of the matching process.

After completion of the above, if mutually interested, the families will contact you directly to coordinate interviews. Following the interview and trial, we will communicate quickly and the family will connect with you directly with an offer if they would like to proceed. We are there for support through the negotiation, work agreement and hiring process!
